We have directed you in the past to place your attention on some of the changes occurring in your lives during each month.  There is awareness there, then, that change for you is an ongoing condition.  At some times it is more apparent than in others.  We see that for most of you the month of January will likely be one of preparation, a more quiet and reflective month, tying together loose ends of a lot of the inner work that you did last year.  We anticipate issues coming up, being revisited, or even emerging anew that will lead you to draw conclusions based on the inner journey you took last year. 

When we begin to look energetically at an arbitrary period of time such as the year upcoming, we examine the potentialities that exist among you, between you, and because of you. Understand that choices may be made, especially collectively, that can affect potentialities that exist now, thereby affecting the eventual outcome. We do not speak glibly when we say that every year is a year of change. Understand however that for the year upcoming, what we see for most of you is a year of harvest. In other words, the groundwork has been laid especially in the year preceding to reap some real transformation.

There has been a lot of talk about the upcoming Year 2012 and its significance for the Earth and her people.  Polaris talks about their perception of this event, and gives some very straightforward answers that may surprise you!

Preparing for your connection with Polaris

Channeling sessions with Polaris bring insight, perspective, and immense energy into your life to wherever you wish to direct it   They help you to know your essence, your core Self.

Polaris sees the utter beauty in Who You Are.  This means that they will never tell you what you should do!  Instead, Polaris offers you information from which you can make your own informed choices.  Polaris is completely focused on empowering you and helping you reconnect with your own inner wisdom—the wisdom you have always had.

Questions are just as important as answers

Think of your session as a strong and unique partnership between you, Talyaa, and Polaris. It's a lot like a triangle, with every side being equal to every other. You are an essential part of your transformation process! And you engage in the process during your session by sharing your experience and desires and by asking questions.

Preparing your questions ahead of time is a wonderful way to help you connect to your own inner knowledge.

The Right Question for You

In the days or hours before your session, try carrying a small notebook with you in which you can write the questions or thoughts that come to you.  This is a way of interacting with your soul, your guides, and with Polaris and it helps you to solidify your intention and to focus the energy during your session.  Polaris works with you to help you connect with what you want, and part of the process is simply discovering what it is you want.

Having your questions and thoughts ready in advance opens your communication with Polaris. It also empowers you to make your time with Polaris your very own, and to create exactly the transformation in your life that you want

All questions are welcome, in all subjects.  Potential subjects might include your emotional well-being, your health, your dreams, your life path, your relationships, business issues, or your spiritual path.  Illuminating questions might also be about world events, about a subject that interests you, or about your past lives.  Your time with Polaris works well as a sort of cosmic coaching session—Polaris works interactively with you so that you can manifest the energy in your life that you want.   There is no "right" question or desire, but only what is right for you.  The more the questions and intentions come from you—what you are genuinely interested in or desire to move towards—the more you will get out of your session.

Be specific. If something doesn't make sense, say so. If something is enormously helpful to you, mention that.  This is your time.

Are there any questions that are discouraged?

No.

Remember that Polaris will never tell you what to do.  If you are trying to solicit orders and advice, Polaris will likely gently remind you that you choose your own life.  If this is something you need to be reminded of, then that will be the perfect question for you!

What happens during my session?

Your meeting with Karen/Polaris will most likely be either in person or over the phone (Karen also provides some services by email).  Phone sessions are just as powerful as being face to face with Karen.

At the time of your session, you and Talyaa will talk for a few moments so as to connect with one other, allow you to focus, and give you time to ask any general questions about the session format that you might have. Talyaa will begin recording your session, and there is a short pause while she connectss with Polaris and enters the channeling state.  Your session is recorded in .mp3 format, and you'll receive your audio file after your session, via email.

Your session with Polaris is an interactive conversation.  You are welcome to interrupt at any time, ask more questions, or direct the focus in any direction you want!  During your session, feel free to share with Polaris what's going on for you energetically and emotionally, and communicate your desires, and most importantly, bring to that moment all of Who You Are.

Polaris as your partner

Polaris brings their higher perspective to any question you ask—however, they also desire to truly be in a partnership with you.  This is why a series of sessions can be extremely helpful and deeply trasnforming.

If you meet with Talyaa regularly—e.g., once a month—it allows you to build a relationship that amplifies your openness and the help she and Polaris can bring.  This openness will extend to all times in your life, and not just during a session. Polaris will often offer you helpful exercises that aid in your healing and transformation, and can assist you with feedback on longterm patterns that would not be possible with a single session.

Question: I am seriously considering going into business with a friend of mine - Patricia.  We are thinking of opening a small clinic in a town near us.  Could Michael comment on this as well as our friendship?  Patricia and I almost instantly "clicked" and seem to give to each other effortlessly.  We have talked about multiple ventures over the years, but this just feels really right, for both of us.
