The message for the month of May is quite simple:  Breathe.

By this we mean to simply take what is, and rest with it.  You have been on a path of transformation, and this is a time to allow those changes to further permeate you.  There have, of course, been many ups and downs associated with the changes you are enacting within yourself, and this is merely a time to ride with the currents awhile, to drift along with the natural course of what you are building within and around yourself.

The energies that surround you now bring with them winds of change.  Oh, we speak of change frequently, as you never remain static even when it feels so to you, but we would say that there are in some cases veritable gales of transformation surrounding many of you.  Would you not say this is so?  This is a time, then, of complete re-evaluation.  You are noticing and taking stock of your patterns of response and behavior, allowing them to eventually dissipate.  For now, though, you may be feeling immersed in these old patterns, wondering why they continue to plague you. 

You have seen, up to this point, that your thoughts and actions have effect upon your life.  This is a month, then, of additional reflection upon what has transpired in your life and where you wish to head now.  Many of you will find yourselves changing direction as a result.  Many others will find new feelings of a firm foundation laid in the direction you are already heading.  In other words, this is a time of reaffirming your own power to create your life.  If you love where you are, after this month you will love it more.  If you are looking for changes, after this month you will feel less directionless than you have been feeling. 

We have directed you in the past to place your attention on some of the changes occurring in your lives during each month.  There is awareness there, then, that change for you is an ongoing condition.  At some times it is more apparent than in others.  We see that for most of you the month of January will likely be one of preparation, a more quiet and reflective month, tying together loose ends of a lot of the inner work that you did last year.  We anticipate issues coming up, being revisited, or even emerging anew that will lead you to draw conclusions based on the inner journey you took last year.
