This is Part 1 of a two-part series on the nature of anger.  In it Polaris invites us to look at anger differently from what we are used to.  Anger is simply a natural expression of the human state, but you can learn how to allow it to manifest within you differently, thus creating huge and wonderful changes in your life!

Most of you will be able to, in some fashion, step back from your life to the extent of which you will not necessarily remove anger from your experience, but be able to perceive your own wholeness. By staying in the expansive end of the spectrum of anger you increase your perception. You are aware of the potential of your bigness, yet you're also aware that there something missing. And you're okay with that!

This question is wonderful because it shows that any question can lead to a wonderful and empowering answer, and that it is your intent that makes all the difference.  It was phrased as: "How can I change things, truly?  And how can other people change in my life?   How will everything be able to change so that I can interact better with people in my life?"

Question: People are saying that the vibration of our earth plane is changing rapidly, elevating, and that the veil between our world and other dimensions is becoming thinner and easier to transgress. Do you [Polaris] experience any difference in this energy shift when interacting with us? And what is happening with this shift?  How will our experience with other dimensions change?

Question: I would like to feel more comfortable in my body. What can I do?

There exists a sense of division within you. In other words, you are ... you. You have a body—but you are not your body. Your body is not you. You have taken on the identity of a person who is not comfortable with many elements of the earth plane, including that of being in a body. You feel you are trapped and you blame your body for trapping you within something that creates discomfort.

The fundamental questions that humankind has been asking for eons is:  Why are we here?  What are we to gain from this human experience?  What is the meaning of our lives?

Question: I am seriously considering going into business with a friend of mine - Patricia.  We are thinking of opening a small clinic in a town near us.  Could Michael comment on this as well as our friendship?  Patricia and I almost instantly "clicked" and seem to give to each other effortlessly.  We have talked about multiple ventures over the years, but this just feels really right, for both of us.

You are perhaps aware as well of your ties to the land known today as South Africa. It would be well if you could imagine then this land in the time just prior to what is known today as the Boer Wars, when the animals ruled almost as well as the people and their hold on the land was stronger.
