Polaris Quotes

" There is no magic to this. There's no magical door that needs a magical key that needs a magical unlocking. There's nothing more than what Already Is and what you already experience. The only thing that can change - the only thing that can change - is how you perceive it. "

Hi Gregor,

The quotes are useful to give you a touchpoint, an energy to move into. It's not necessarily a suggestion that you can live inside them indefinitely, but with the touchpoint you have somewhere to go.

That you are clearly having a lot of resistance to stepping into the space of these quotes should tell you something. Try sitting with that resistance to see what it offers you.

By the way, when posting to the forum, try to make just one post on a single topic instead of a series of several related posts; that will help the people who subscribe to the forum.

Those quotes haven't actually been updated in close to 2 years, and there's been a lot of material that's come since then.

So for everyone: do you have a favorite phrase? Did a sentence or two resonate? Please post!

Polaris encourages healthy skepticism. They have little interest in people taking everything that is said through blind faith or because it seems to come from an authority. Everything is subject to your personal validation. If something doesn't resonate for you, then fine! But it's also appropriate to look into why it doesn't resonate -- maybe there is resistance there, and by sitting with that resistance you can find out what it has to say to you.

Speaking of resistance: Resistance is anything that impedes the natural flow of energy in its restful state. Resistance is caused by expectations, by old patterns, by fears, by anything that impedes the natural flow of energy in its resting state.

This is worth exploring. What does it mean to you? Everyone will have a different perspective, and each perspective is valid. Rejecting something out of hand because it triggers you somehow and you refuse to look at the trigger may feel better for a time but isn't helpful to you in the long run.
